1. General

For an order on the Internet at Ästhetik Partner GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “LASER ÄSTHETIK “) at www.laser-aesthetik-institut.de, the following terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. 2) Conclusion of the contract

You can choose from the assortment of the online shop of LASER ÄSTHETIK  and vouchers and collect them via the button “Add to shopping bag” in a shopping cart. By placing an order by clicking on the “buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods or vouchers collected in the shopping cart. Before sending the order, you can change and view the data at any time. Changes can be entered via the “edit” button in the order overview at the end of the order process and saved for the order process.

Upon receipt of the order, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of the order and listing the details of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but only informs that the order has been received by us.

The purchase contract is only concluded by the confirmation sent to you by separate e-mail (for voucher orders by the transmission of the voucher by e-mail). If we are unable to deliver the ordered voucher without our own fault, for example because subcontractors fail to fulfill their contractual obligations towards us and / or in due time, we are not obligated to deliver and may refuse acceptance accordingly. A contract did not come about then. We will inform you immediately about the non-fulfillment of the contract as well as about the non-delivery and possibly refund already made payments to you.

If the information on the range of goods (eg price, etc.) in the online shop despite careful examination by us once be wrong, we declare by sending the goods, stating the correct information, no acceptance, but a new offer, whose acceptance you decide freely can.

The contract text is saved. The contract language is German. You can view the contract after completion of the order in your customer profile on www.laser-aesthetik-institut.de, if you have registered when ordering as a customer or logged in as a registered customer. In addition, the order data, cancellation policy, invoice and our terms and conditions are also sent to you with the shipping confirmation. 3) Personalized products

You have the opportunity to purchase personalized products in our online shop. By placing a personalized order, you warrant that the performance of the order will not violate the rights of any third party and will not violate existing legal provisions – as a result of illegal or pornographic content. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse to perform the personalized order. In addition, by placing an order, you assure us that you have all necessary rights to the contents of the individual design. Accordingly, you are responsible for the content and legality of the individual “photo and writing” designs submitted as part of these assignments. If, as a result of the non-observance of these General Terms and Conditions, the execution of the order violates the rights of third parties or statutory provisions, you are solely liable for this. They release us and our service providers from claims of third parties.

5) Delivery and product availability

The goods are delivered as shown in the online shop, whereby we reserve the right to minor deviations in the packaging. The delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The delivery time for shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany is approximately 1-3 working days. Deliveries outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany are not possible.
