Our commitment to the environment
Sustainability is an important concern for us. Despite the strict hygiene requirements that are essential in our profession, we are actively committed to minimising waste. In collaboration with @plastic_fischer, we were able to fish 2 TONS OF PLASTIC out of the rivers of Indonesia this year - plastic that would otherwise have ended up in the oceans.
By comparison, that's the equivalent of around 50,000 PET bottles that no longer jeopardise the marine ecosystem. 🐋 🌍 🐠
Help for people in need
In addition to our commitment to the environment, we have also thought about the people affected by the war in Europe. Together with the organisation ‘German Doctors’ (@german_doctors), we are primarily supporting children and families from Ukraine who are in urgent need of help this year.
