Both Morpheus8 (manufacturer: InMode) and Secret RF (Cutera) are radiofrequency microneedling systems: ultra-fine, partly insulated needles enter the skin in a controlled way and deliver radiofrequency energy. The heat stimulates new collagen and elastin in the dermis – the skin tightens, and pores, small scars and fine lines refine over the following weeks. Both are established devices of the same treatment class.
